Hey Gerry, what happened, did they sell you crap frames, refused to refund your money?

I bought a nice, plain, simple chrome frame from Newport with the 10% PCA discount, if you're still looking to buy one.

I had a run in with them. The quality of the printing sucked so I sent the plate back and the Manager at the time, David, pretty much said tuff luck after looking at it. I asked for a refund and never got it. Recently I remembered about it and called them. Their customer service gal said that that guy had been fired and they promptly gave me my money back. I've had much better luck with europlates.com.
