That's very helpful, thank you. I'm purchasing a set of black Rennworx RSR's (www.rennworx.com) and they weigh 20.5 (F) and 24 (R) and come with titanium lugs that knock off another 1.5lbs per corner. Total weight savings looks to be about 12lbs. That combined with PCCB should be very significant unsprung weight savings.

Beautiful wheels,--what dimensions are you going with?

They were specifically designed for 996 and 997 Porsches. My 997S will arrive with 19" wheels but, believe it or not, I'll probably go with 18x8.5 (F) and 18x11(R). 18's are lighter, less vulnerable to damage, provide a better ride and have a much broader assortment of tires available.

I'm ordering the wheels in black and without the polished lip so, the visual impact of a larger wheel will be lost anyway. I'm a bit fanatical about weight and not really into the bling of large, deep dish, chromed wheels. In my book, form usually follows function!

Quoted at $4,000 for a set of 4, including titanium lugs and unique torx-type lock tool.
