A few last pics from PDE during the March 14th-15th course.

The Resort. Ross Bridge. Beautiful and only 35 minutes away without traffic.

Glad this thread popped back up, I would never have seen it otherwise. I was pretty much "PDE" ignorant, all I knew was that it existed. I have no intention of tracking my beloved new car right now, but the urge to buy a "project" car, and get it out there has been building for a little while.

Now, I just absolutely positively HAVE to do the PDE! Even if I had no aspirations to ever track anywhere, this just seems like pure rush, without the worry of totalling my daily driver. And for 2 full days! I have to do it, there is just no doubt.

I will be hard pressed to get agreement from the wife that this should be an upcoming Birthday or Christmas gift, as she claims I used up a few years worth when I got the car. But I could take a page from her own playbook and ebay or craigslist a few things, sort of my own FUNdraising DRIVE (puns completely intended...yes, I am full of cheese). Maybe I can suggest that my wife take a little time to herself, go get that extra manicure, sure, spend a half day at the spa, then POW! Add it all up and she has no way in the world she can say no to me. "Honey, I just want to do one thing, just one. You got to do x, y, z, and a, b, and c." Slamdunk. Sign me up.

This is going to be all consuming until I actually get to go. What fun! I can not wait.
