WhooHoo Delivery Day Tomorrow!
Well, I'm EXCITED. As of tomorrow I will switch from the 996 forum to the 997 forum. I've been lurking here awhile and decided to trade in my 03 C2. So tomorrow afternoon (precisely 2PM) I will be at Autobahn motorcars here in Fort Worth (tx, y'all) to drive away in a 997. Here's the run down...
Carrera S
Carmon Red Metallic (don't see many of them
Black std leather
---The important stuff first ---
sport crono package
sport shifter
sport exhaust
Bose
---then the ho-hum stuff---
power seats/heated seats
dimming mirrors
colored wheel crests
yada, yada
So wish me well. I'll post some more pics over the weekend.
LET THE MODS BEGIN!

Dude, that looks nice,...you're right, you don't see many Carmon Reds.
Anyhow, enjoy, have a great day tomorrow.

Sweet - you're gonna love it, I promise you! Congrats and sleep well tonight!
Although Carmon and Arena reds are not my cup of tea, I think that's the first Carmon I've seen, and I think it looks great.

Bob, I think you'll LOVE the "lobster fork" wheels. I have them on my '06 C2S, and feel that they really mark the origin (and originality) of the 997S. I predict that they will be enduring classics that will only gain popularity and favor as the years go by. Mark my words here!! Have fun with one of the only cars that I can think of that gets better with each mile.

You'll probably need to set the alarm clock to wake up tomorrow.
Now don't forget.....tomorrow at 2pm you have something that you're suppose to do.
Congrats and enjoy.

Congrats! I like that color too, much more complex than the non-metalic red. My build is similar to yours except the ext color and sport shifter. Did you get to test drive with the sport shifter?
