i just took delivery of my first Porsche. A new Silver/Black Carrera S. I have searched the forums with no results. Can anyone make any recommendations for detailers? I am in the Hollywood Hills area. (Sorry if this question has been previously covered)

The carwash on Cahuenga or Ventura is good. The one with the old Corvette on the hand up in the air. It's called Studio City Carwash.

Freddy won't be open tommorrow.....Patrick comes to me and yep it's sooo far....that's why I only use him when I need a 'big' job done (he ain't going to want to come for a wash and tire dressing)....

I've used Patrick too, at jfraser's recommendation, and he's a good guy. I live in West LA and had him come out last fall. Plan to have him come out again in the spring.

I had to re-open this thread because I used Patrick at Excel per Rennlisters advice.

Patrick and Doug spent 4 hours on the '05 Black Range Rover and 3 hours on the '06 Black 997. The cars are immaculate. You can really tell on the Range Rover because it serves as the main family transport and it takes the abuse of the pre-school parking lots/grocery stores/malls etc. The Rover looks brand new. The 997 was good to begin with and now it is simply awesome. The best it has ever looked.

I have no affiliation with them but I like to see hard working honest guys get ahead and make the money they deserve. They are located in the thousand oaks area (Ventura/L.A. County Line region).

They came to me. Fortunately I happen to be in the same town. But I know they go to Beverly Hills and other further areas. My charges (keep in mind no real travel time for them)

$410 for both cars. The SUV's are $30-40 more do the work invloved. I know that is alot of money but considering they were here almost all day, I am not taking anti-inflammatories today, their work blows mine away, I had Saturday to spend with the family and finally I only need this level of work (in SoCal) 2-3x/year.

I will probably go to village coffee roaster in Calabasas today (sunday from 10-11am). My plates are usc hand symbol pod. Hope to see you.
