Default Miles Accrued

The question of the week this time is miles accrued so far on your 997. I'm breaking it up into the 2005 vice 2006 owners so post your mileage!

(for the Canadians and Europeans, please convert to MILES.)

I"m proud of you guys out there logging the miles! These are too nice a car to be resigned to hanger queen status.

This subject sort of lends itself to a follow on question. Several members here lease their cars. Is there a strict annual mileage limit on them? What is that limit? Maybe that's why so many of these cars are being held back.

I hit 25.6k miles on Feb 7., my one year anniversary with the 997.

Drove my first P car on the morning of 2/5/05, bought that night, and took delivery on Monday 2/7/05. And what a year it's been!

You don't have an option for me in the poll.

Smile Miles Accrued

I took delivery of an 05 997 on Dec, 28 2005 that had been sold new in July, 2005 . The original owner put 1400 miles on it between July 16 and Dec 15. I have driven it 2850 miles from Dec 28 until today. It is leased and I've got 1000 miles per month to manage and I realize now how hard that is going to be. It is not my everyday driver but I put almost as many miles on it on the weekends as my truck during the week.

Got my car on January 27th, and passed the 1900 mile mark (well the 1500 mile trip back home from the dealer did most of it). I expect 250 miles a week.

23600 miles thus far - 6000 in the last 10 weeks.

There's no option to vote for 20k+ miles - can someone add this?
