Default Where do you buy Porsche parts?

Curious if any of you have any untapped resources for where to get Porsche parts at reasonable prices.
I've bought a bunch of stuff from Suncoast Porsche's web site (17 mm spacers, p-car paraphernalia,...). Their prices for parts seem to be pretty good and I know other Rennlisters reference Suncoast in their posts.

So, let's hear it.

I also have bought a number of parts from Suncoast. It's important to not buy directly from their website but instead call them on the phone number they post for a better price. It's worked every time for me.

I always thought sunset (cost +shipping) was the cheapest for most oem parts.
I just bought a wiring harness for my fixed wing for a great price and very easy to deal with.
performanceproducts or automotion sometimes has good deals too...

Do you know if they honor the 10% PCA discount?

I never asked Suncoast about the PCA discount. I suspect since their prices are significantly discounted from list that the PCA discount doesn't apply.

Heck, I never leave money on the table. So if they honor the PCA discount, you bet I'll take advantage of it.

I have never found anyone who beats Sunset Imports (cost + 15%) pricing so far.
http://www.sunsetimports.com/porscheatcost.php

They are also excellent at locating parts in Germany if you don't have P/N's and normally reply within 24 hours.

They also can get the European Tequipment car covers (full color Porsche crest, soft lined, fittment like a glove) which are MUCH better than the US spec Tequipment car covers (which I dont' even use to cover my track car).

Suncoast usually gives a 10% pca discount. Why? Are we planning some mods Dave?

Just so there's no confusion, Sunset Imports and Sunset Porsche are one in the same. Their parts dept. was very helpful when I wanted to change my steering wheel and they shipped my other parts order the same day I placed my order.

I've used both Suncoast and Brandywine and both have great prices and great service. I hear Sunset is great too, maybe the cheapest?, but haven't dealt with them. Both Suncoast and Brandywine list a lot of stuff on ebay, usually cheaper than their website prices - ebay user names suncoast_porsche and brandywineporsche.

Nah, not yet Chris.
I'm looking for a good price on the 5mm spacer set...Suncoast has them for $340 which believe it or not is cheap - the kit is also on backorder EVERYWHERE.
Maybe I'll get my classic rims painted black or powdered but I'm thinking no right now.
My 'usual' course is about 2-3 years and then I start the mods. For me it'll likely be the evoms intake, GIAC flash, and an exhaust. Those are the basic mods I did on my last Audi (for the most part) and it 'breathed' life back into the car after I got bored around the 2 year mark.
Right now I love love love driving my car just the way it is.

Dave - suggest you call John or Dave at Wheel Enhancement in L.A. I bet they will have them and possibly at a better price. Know these guys personally and they are an excellent source.

Thanks Jim,...Wheel Enhancement had told me they stocked out too.
I actually just snagged the last spacer set from Sunset for a little under $300. Good deal !
