hi ben, the plate number matches the serial # on the cars. my vin ends in 5050 and the placque or door plate is 50 of 50. i understandthat all the other 48 were built and delivered in sequence (they were paying customers after all) and then the last one was given away. they also slowed down the delivery of x51 packages as they were given priority. i understand that the airboxes and the lmp2 spyder were slowed down because airbus is building a giant plane with a lot of carbon fiber.
