Default tire pressure

what's the recommended tire pressure for the 2k5 997 carrera?i bought a 5-spoke carrera wheels from a 2k5 997 for my 2k Boxster S and I am not sure which car's tire pressure i should follow... the manual on the boxster s says 29psi front and 36psi rear.. on the 997, i believe both front and rear run 36psi but im not sure cuz i dont own one.. can anyone provide their 2 cents?

On my Carrere Classic it recommends 34/40

Tire pressure is dictated by the vehicle and not the tire itself. So unless you want to dramatically change the handling characteristics of your Boxster, follow the tire pressure recommendations for the Boxster and not the 997.
