Default EVO V-Flow Induction System

Just wondering what you guys think of the Evolution motorsports intake system. Thinking of putting this in 06 C2S cab. Input would be really helpful. Just took delivery last week; pretty nice car.

We have put this system on a couple cars here and they seem to be pretty happy w/ it...Power is increased by about 10 - 12 wheel HP/TQ so you cant beat that! Let me know if you wanna pick one up!

Have one on my 997S-works great-no dyno results to prove this. However I think the Fabspeed intake is a joke-just look at it-get serious.

This is what it looks like on a 997S

We install at least a couple of these every week on a 997S. They not only give you a few more ponies but the sound up top when you're really revving it are pretty darn neat!

I am seriously considering this mod, but I have one concern. The stock airbox, while restrictive, still gets all of it's air from outside the engine compartment. With the top of the airbox open on the EVO, won't it just suck up hot air from inside the engine compartment and lose power????

What do you guys think?

Ray, actually the rubber boot around it seals completely with the decklid so you do NOT suck hot air at all...

Thanks!

Hi Ray,

It's a very simple install and takes us only about 30mins or less depending upon the year of the car and whether or not you need to "relocate" the air pump using the provided bracket. Anyone can do it though and every kit comes with detailed instructions
