Did anyone get the TopGear download to run? Mine had a broken symbol and would not.

Default carrera 4 or carrera 4s?

did anyone else notice that the carrera 4 had 4 exhaust pipes and the carrera 2 only had 2. was the 4 a 4s? also take a look at the wheels.

I emailed the Discovery channel wondering what happened to Top Gear and they said would be back on in December. December is almost over now... Hopefully it will be back on soon.

I noticed that the first time I saw it. I just watched the video again and you are correct. I want to see a base to 4 and a 2S to 4S comparison.

The C4 had 4 pipes because it had sport exhaust - the 2 pipes are not the same size.

That would not be expected to impact upon the test, but the C4 also had PCCB's, which might. Despite PCCB's, the Stig said he liked the handling of the C2 better. I wonder (a) how much less he would have liked the handling if the C4 had standard brakes and (b) how much (if at all) the PCCB's helped the C4.

you can get Sport exhaust if you don't have an S. Well you learn something new everyday.

i saw the vid, and i'm not sure, but it seems as if there was a layer of dirt or something on the track, i wouldn't be surprised because it is a WRC section course. In this case, yeah the C4 would be better because it can use its power more efficiently an help in cornering, but on a paved surface, the 4wd becomes uneccessary and the C2 should be able 2 take it if driven properly.

just my 2cents, please chime in as need be.

Read the latest issue of Excellence magazine! If there is crud on the course then yes, a C4 can beat a C2 - but on a standard track with standard conditions (as with standard roads) - The more "stuff to slip on out there" will slowly but surely tip the balance to the C4!

If I had a 1000% Perfect world my Club Coupe would have AWD for the 2% I may need it - that being said I've got a Cayenne and A6 Quattro for those type of conditions.
