All I am doing is bypassing the mufflers with two temporary pipes. This can be reversed as easlily as just putting the mufflers back on. I'm not worried about the authorities here. Loud pipes do not get stopped. There is no inspection. What do I have to lose but a couple of hours of work? Why in the world would you spend $300 on this kit when you can make it yourself? That's why there is no picture on their web site of what you get for $300. It's too easy to copy.... just like their cold air induction. It's just a hose and a stopper. Why would you pay all that money for a piece of hose? This isn't rocket science. I'm going to try it. If I don't like it I'll throw the bypasses away....or sell them on ebay. You can't hear the bypasses inside the car. That's what the resonator stopper is for. It leaves the resonators open all the time, thus producing more INTAKE noise inside the car. I'm looking for exhast sound. If they'd make flames when downshifting at night.... it would be even better! You guys worry too much. Let's have some fun! Damn, I'm 61 years old... it's now or never! LOL!

The Fabspeed muflers are excellent quality. On the other hand, modding your OEM mufflers is great idea, it's the same thing Porsche did to make the 996 PSE and charged out the a$$ for it, just weld a stinless pipe between the inlet and outlet tubes. I think someone has already done it on the board. BTW the OEM PSE job ain't that much better than that hack job off ebay....
