thats for the regular 997, this is an s, which tend to run 10k more.......

For S, $79k isn't bad given it's low mi and basically new. Atlas is a great color. I think your friend should go for it.

That is lower than the prices I was finding for Carrera S cars when looking the past few months. Larger dealers will want $84-87, some of the specialty dealers went down to $80K (for cars that stickered at 87-92)
