I highly doubt he would go through the trouble of putting your car on the alignment rack before installing the springs.

Precisely my thoughts...it's a big set-up to put the car on the alignment rack, and calibrate, then take it all down to dis-assemble the suspension.
The + camber makes more sense as a after spring install figure.

What specs did they align the car to ??
