Making my way back to CA from IL via US 36 A short day today of 492mi in 7:32 @64mph and 24.7mpg. US 36 is primarily a two lane road that runs e/w thru the middle of the US.
In Marysville.KS now and this stretch of 36 is known as the Pony Express Highway as it follous the route of the Pony Express riders.
A couple of photos attached...
The road pick is the country road that I made the 150mph run down, and would regularly do triple digits on.
I wonder what the fine would be for 100 over the speed limit?

I'm pretty sure they'd throw the book at you. Might even impound the vehicle and take you to jail until it gets sorted out.

Impound the vehicle and away to the slammer, that is if they are being jerks but they gotta prove the speed first...
