[QUOTE=NoSubEDU]Totally agree with your points. Constant supply of power, never having to worry about running out of batteries and you don't have to carry an extra case of batteries in the glove compartment (because it goes dead every 2-4 weeks, depending on how often you drive and turn it on).

Also, anybody that has had a V1 swears by the arrows. It's a great machine. I just don't see the need to spend $400 on a detector, when one for $280 does a pretty darn good job.

This is kinda a funny statement considering the $80-$90K you have invested in your vehicle. The extra $120 must have really killed you. You get what you pay for.

I had X50in my 330cic, I have it in my MDX, however for the P car I purchased the k40, as it is hidden. I have had 2 stolen.
1. make sure you turn it off if the soccet stays hot.
2. make sure you take the escort warrantee. it is about40.00
Great unit, if you dont mind the wires. You can buy the hard wire kit, about 40.00 from them, but then you have this on your windshield and is can be taken easliy

3. why does it not show that I am a member as I purchased the membership a few weeks ago? anyone know?

Yes. They don't seem to just do it. A pm to Jenn will get it taken care of. I had the same problem. You can find her in the admin thread at the top of this forum.
