Sweet...I also like the other prject with teh 3300 sq ft underground garage with a full size b-ball court..

that's nicer than my house!!!

i dunno if i'd want an underground garage in california tho...what happens during an earthquake? wouldn't it collapse or cave it?

with that much concrete and rebar that house and garage is not going any where any time soon.

Niiiice. A good fix which helps me tolerate the contrast between my beautiful cars and the junked-up garage they sit in.

I've seen the site, I like it. I remember when that yellow Ferrari (F40?) first hit the market, I hadn't even graduated yet. Now it sorta looks like a kit car. How times change.

The underground "lot" is most impressive. I really dig that museum look. Underground is perfect to maintain temperature except humidity needs to be controlled and it'll be harder to tow a car that's not operable.

My fav garage would have an underground museum showroom w a ground level shop floor that has an industrial look. One is for work, the other is for display.

Humidity will be controlled via digital humidistat and a pair of Thermastor APD's . The ramp to the below grade garage door height will allow a flatbed tow truck to access this storage area if a car needs to be taken out.

The garage workshop is above ground......for minor repairs and detailing.
