i had SO MANY that i somehow learned to slow down. i set the cruise control on 70mph and let just about everything pass me by.

Here's the trick: (well, a few pointers at least).
Safe and ticket-free speeding requires extreme amounts of situational awareness and therefore should be the exception not the rule.
Consider your Porsche or M3 to be ordinary means of transportation 95% of the time, relax and move along like a snail caught in traffic. When conditions allow, the car becomes a frickin' rocket, for example, when there'sno cops around and you pass other slow cars on a rural highway.

Only the track days sees what these cars are really capable of, I can't wait for the wknd. to hit Putnam.
