Hello Everyone,
I have decided to go with a 997 S coupe. I am trying to decide between getting the X51 or not and choose a good modification company. An ideas?
I am also interested in what other modifications like wheels, etc.. any of you would recommend. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Considering that the X51 is a total package (Includes modified cylinder heads, camshafts,
exhaust manifolds, control unit, additiona, central water radiator, and aluminum intake
manifold.), the only modification company that might come close would be Ruf.
Then there are the warranty issues, X51 is full factory coverage, anything else opens the door to warranty denial.

I had thought of that. Thank you for your thoughts. Has anyone experienced any of the other modification companies? I have driven an older Ruf modified 911. It was done very well. Like the attention to detail. Any thoughts?

To my knowledge X51 is still not confirmed. I want it and gave up July build and am now on an Oct. build but dealer still hasn't confirmed option being available.
