my other car (before I took delivery of 911 coupe)is a 1998 Mercedes Benz SL (10,400 miles)

Lexus LS430. A beautiful car on which everything works all the time and works well. We drove it 7,000 miles across the US and back last summer. Very comfortable, quiet, 25 MPG at all highway speeds. A fabulous car for a long road trip.
