Default A new noise

Has anyone experienced a “jingling” noise (sounds like a stainless washer vibrating against a metallic surface) coming from one of the pulleys/tensioner…only happens when you turn on the air conditioner/fan.

…Pulled the air box-pulleys seem fine.

nope. However I'm still trying to work out the 2 dash noises I'm getting from the left side guages.

FL997--bet that sound is coming from the tachometer housing...if you notice, there is a gap between that housing and the steering hub housing...slip a piece of black felt between those two areas--you have to push down on the steering hub housing--the noise should stop.

To answer the first part of the thread--no jingling noises so far.

rnlartic997 - What I have found is that if I put my little finger on the outside of the oil temp guage and side of the console the noise will stop. It does not seem to be coming from the tach. I'll give the felt trick a try anyway, might do the trick.

my GT3 goes in tomorro. I have a noise from the ac compressor?? The shop is going to pull the airbox and take a good listen. I will keep you posted. They said it sounded like pully bearings. The car car sounds like a diesel at slow speed.
