I don't know what the pedals you have are like but both the Carnewal (what I installed) and the RUF pedals are bolted/screwed on. I would assume Paul's (Rennline) will also... and there were no instructions with mine either, though all that really would have helped is a drill template for the gas/brake pedals..

Carnewal's installed in my 997S (excuse the fish-eye lens)...

Yes, you will be drilling thru the pedals.
(given the list of pending modifications, it would seem as though some small holes in the pedals are the least of the potential warranty issues)

Looks like they install the same way as Carnewal pedals, which I recently installed. Brake/clutch - CAREFULLY mark where you want to drill holes; on the brake pedal (metal), a sharp drill bit will make it easier; bold pedals on, being sure to use aircraft-type nuts so they can't work loose. On the gas pedal, I drilled the upper portion, but at least thinking it would be tough to get the nut in behind the pedal at the bottom, I used a self-tapping screw for the bottom. Dead pedal (if you got it), basically just screws in over the existing rubber/plastic dead pedal. Keep Advil handy, as I was sore as hell after twisting around down there!
