Nah, I think it's great. Like a black tie affair. You have two choices for your tux, black or if you're really into it, white.

Silver and/or black: two GREAT Porsche colors. You did good! Congrats.

Thanks. To my eyes, silver is classic, boring but classic.

Tex,
Looks great. Would be nice to see 993 and 997 side by side. I love my 993, but looking at 997 just reminds that it is a 10 year old car. I like your thought process too, addition and not a replacement.

Alex, will try this weekend, but looks like rain and I'm not taking the new car out in the rain just yet. Need to detail her and get some Zaino on it.

I can tell you this much, its totally a different experience from the 993, but the 993 has a charm that's hard to beat.

Hey Alex, are you in Houston? Our cars are twins! There is another twin that is just one block from my house. I live in West U, in Houston.

Tex,
Houston too, I’m North of you between Montrose and River Oaks. I see Arctic Silver 993 S on West Gray all the time. We should organize a little inner loop 993 get together and head down Memorial or something.

I love the Guards Red, ever since I was a little kid staring at a 98' Speedster Cab in Guards Red... I went on the Porsche site "build a Porsche", the Guards Red and Sand Beige interior brings out the car, more brighter... Anyone with this color combo, Please post or email me a pics, thanks...
