Default just wondering about PASM Shocks

Has anyone priced these things?
I looked at the 997s (lease) instead of getting the 996 i bought but the down the road replacement parts scared me off (i keep them normally, or regret selling them if i do)

just wondering.....

Shocks w/ active dampers are pretty much commonplace... many brands offer those.

I'm saying (maybe wrongly) that a damper-controlled Bilstein shock should not cost significantly more than a conventional Bilstein shock.
