Question 997.1 ASK speakers specification?

I decided to replace all the speakers in my 2005 997 Carrera S, I wouldn't mind replacing them with OEM ones but after I upgraded to PCCM+, the gain is so high that I think the OEM ones will fry in no time, like the current ones did.
By checking the spec sheet of my car, I can see that it has the "ASK sound system".
I see many people here use Focal units, but I would like to know what are the non-OEM alternatives. If any company is making the whole 8-speaker kit, that would be great, otherwise I will buy them separately.

I checked the great post from @Petza914 , but he had the Bose system, mine doesn't seem to have the rear woofers... at least I couldn't notice anything when putting my ears behind the rear seats
Where can I find the exact size and the setup of the OEM speakers for the ASK system? Based on some videos and articles, this is what I found for now:

Doors:
  • 4-inch 2-way speaker on top
  • 8-inch midbass speaker at the bottom(but some places mention 6.5-inch). Apparently, some 8-inch speakers won't fit because the placement in the door is not deep enough, does anyone know what is the maximum depth of an 8-inch speaker to fit?
Rear seats:
  • Also 4-inch 2-way speaker, probably gonna use the same ones I'll put on the doors
Dash:
  • One 1.5-inch tweeter on each side
  • Not really sure if there's something in the middle, under where the chrono would be, some people mentioned a subwoofer, but I'm not sure
I didn't find any video or guide on how to remove and install those dash speakers... anyone here with experience? Do I need to remove the whole dash?
My dash looks just like this one, no chrono:

Thank you!

Feelart makes a drop in speaker kit. I've never heard them, so I won't give an opinion on quality. I mean, they look nice, but you don't hear with your eyes, you hear with your ears.

Removing the tweeters in the corners of the dash is trivial. Get a plastic trim tool, and simply pop the cover up. It's just that easy.

Be warned though, the openings are *tiny*. Not all tweeters will fit in there. In my 997.2 C2S Cab, I used Hertz Millie Pro 25's, and in the 987.2 I went with the Focal Integrations. JL Audio C2 tweeters will also fit.

Ah, good to know I don't need to remove the whole dash!
I guess any 1.5-inch tweeter will fit, right?

No. They're tiny. Best to measure the opening first. The JL Audio C2's fit pretty good, the Focal Integrations are actually smaller than the opening but only when you remove them from the Focal housings (you can wrap tape around them for a snug fit), and the Hertz Millie Pro 25's are slightly bigger than the he so you'll have to modify the hole for them to fit.

I know that Linear Power LPT1's don't fit,and neither do ScanSpeak D3004's.

Those are actually considered 0.75" tweeters.
Not sure on the door speaker depth off the top of my head, but I know Morel Carbon Elates will fit. I'm going to guess those are WAY out of your desired budget, but you could go look up the specs on those for install depth. I also know that most guys putting in a serious woofer will build their own baffles to space the speaker out ~3/4" I'm guessing thereby increasing the depth available (there is a lot of space between the speaker and the door panel evidently).
