Just did a PPI on a 2005 997, 90K miles and it came back with some engine over revs for ranges 1-6.

Any thoughts here on whether or not it’s a cause for major concerns, enough to not proceed with the purchase?

First - I didn’t know you could pull that off with a tip, even in manual mode. I’m sure there are many on here who will tell you to run away screaming etc., but given that it occurred over 1000h ago - I wouldn’t consider it a deal breaker. If the borescope is clean and there are no other issues or red flags, I could live with it. My 06 manual was similar with 1 ignition in range 5 and 6 over 1400h ago when I got it. Let the flames begin 😱

Based on how long ago these range 3-6 occurred, nothing to worry about there. Wonder if the car is tuned to raise the redline as you should t be able to get above range 2 with a PDK or a Tip.
