Well hello there.....new member here. New Porsche owner. Stumbled on this thread and figured I'd take a look. I'm the buyer on the car from BAT. Didn't really want to go that high, but had a battle with another guy and probably got a little caught up in the moment. Wife and I had been considering one for a while and just couldn't turn this one away. Checked almost every single box for us. C4S, low miles, black on black, 6 speed, spotless, the list goes on. We knew we were pushing into 'silly money' but we're buy and hold kind of people, and not looking to flip or anything, so we saw the one we wanted and pounced. 10 years from now neither of us will care about an extra few $$ spent.

Nice! Black on black is one of my fave combos.
I was the high bidder on this one a couple of months ago. The car was in SF and I’m in Indianapolis so I didn’t take delivery until the middle of May.

Thanks. that RC8R is soooooooo smooth. And far more comfortable than other higher-end sport bikes. An all - day ride isn't a stretch by any means, particularly when you have to stop for fuel every 120 miles lol
