Default Spring Clean-up List. Suggestions?

The car is going on the lift this weekend. Initially I was just going to do the Winter/Summer wheel/tire swap. Now I am thinking:

Radiator Clean Out: It's likely just me, but almost every time I take off a bumper on an older car, I break a connector, wire or scratch something. I do want to clean the Winter debris from my radiators. What are experiences like here? Does a simple job become frustratingly longer? Is it worth the effort or should I leave it alone?

New Wipers
Oil Change
Trans fluid change

Just had her detailed last week, so she looks pretty for now.

Other suggestions?

Edit: BTW 2009 C4S, 6MT, Coupe

If it hasn't been done, Change the front differential fluid and use the proper Porsche Fluid. MAybe consideer brake fluid flush if it hasn't been done.
How old are coils/plugs? Water Pump/Thermostate/Idler Pulleys & belt?

When I did mine I used just shy of 1.5L of Motul 75w-90 Gear Oil. There's a procedure for the drain and refill here in one of the DIY threads. Be careful not to over-tighten the filler plug, the correct torque is 28 Nm or 21ft/lb
