997.1 X Pipe Options
I currently have Fister Mufflers on my car and would like more sound / a different tone. Looking at options for an x pipe. I would prefer to go catless since the smell does not bother me, but looking online, there do not seem to be many options out there unless I spend well over a grand. I know the the 996 there was a FVD X pipe for not too much money, but this does not seem to exist for the 997, is it the same pipe or would it require modification to fit?
Side note, if anyone has one for sale feel free to send me a DM! Thanks.

Going with sport cats or bypass will definitely make the exhaust much louder. The x pipe will change the tone. Keep an eye out as they do come up for sale used from time to time. I pieced together and entire used Fabspeed system, to replace my Fister mufflers, and I miss the Fister growl. Currently I have Maxflo mufflers and the tone is intoxicating, but it's not loud enough.
Just keep in mind sport cats/bypass will cause CEL and using mini cats or spacers is very hit or miss. I ended up getting a Softronic tune to just eliminate it.

Do you have a sound clip of your car with the cargraphic?
After hearing the X pipe I am sold on it, I'm just after a particular sound.
