Default Need a little help, pricing 2011 C2S

Need the groups input, looking to potentially part with my hot rod and need some realistic guidance to pricing.

Yes it's been modified, yes I know it will affect value, no I don't want to return it to stock. I think it would make a great track rat or daily beater (I have been using it for both for the last 10 years). She's not beat up, but not a garage queen.
Done a few laps at COTA, MSR Houston, Royal Purple, and NOLA.

I'm thinking for the right buyer $35,000 would be fair.

161k miles with a PDK.

I wouldn't pay $35k for it.

i think it is the mileage that is going to be hard for a lot of people that might be interested.

if it were stock with that mileage, i think it would be tough (but not impossible) to get 30K. Probably more realistic would be 25K (give or take).

So, would someone be willing to pay an additional 10K? maybe? as you noted, you have to find the right buyer. if you're prepared to wait and hold firm, you may be able to get that price.

I appreciate the candid input. If I wanted to hold on for a year, I would look for $35, if I'm less patient, then $25-$28 might be more reasonable.
