Default BC Coilover noise, anyone esle besides me?

So I recently had a set of BC's installed since they got good reviews as a budget minded street coilover. Overall I'm happy but recently noticed the left front creaks and pops upon dips and turning left or right. Everything is tight, I've sprayed a bit of penetrating oil above the spring hoping to isolate the noise with no luck. Anything else I should look for? Not overly concerned if its normal but its doing it alot. Thanks for any input. BTW, 2006 non PASM.

For some reason coilovers bind and pop on 987s with steering. Bilstein B16s are notorious for doing the same. The solution is to install thrust bearings on the spring perch just below the heavy metal spring. This allows the spring to rotate a little as you turn instead of bind and release. Also make sure the top end of the coil is captured into the indentation of the top hat.

If you also installed monoball top mounts instead of OEM ones, they make a little noise too without any rubber or foam in them like the OEM mounts have.

Thanks Pete. I may look into the Monoball tops in Jan.
