Replacing frunk and rear decklid release
Do the release switches besides the driver seat just pop out? Can it be removed with a trim removal tool or is there a special technique to doing this?

Having done this several years ago on my 997.1. I believe there's an allen nut buried in the carpet that has to be loosened in order to remove the switch panel
