PDK Service - clutch oil and pan?
Hi all, I just acquired a 2010 C2S with 22,000 miles. Service records show that the PDK was serviced in 2019 at 19,000 miles but only the transmission oil was changed, not the clutch oil.
My question is: should I change the pan along with the clutch fluid or simply do a clutch fluid drain and fill? The maintenance schedule for PDK clutch fluid is 60K miles or 6 years.
Someone wrote on another thread that the pan only needed to be replaced on 2009 models because the drain plugs tended to strip. Can anyone confirm if later models (2010+) didn't need to have the pan replaced during clutch oil service?
I've gotten the following quotes from a an indy:
PDK service - clutch oil only : $540
PDK service - clutch oil and replace pan : $1540
I am located in Orange County, California. Do these prices seem reasonable?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
- Clutch oil replacement every 56.000 miles Info: Porsche). You need 5.2 liter FFL3 oil and a PIWIS
If you change the pan (contains the oil filter) I advice to order new Alu bolts
I paid for the pan 300 Euro and for the oil 120 Euro.
Regards
Hans

Porsche makes a kit that includes everything for a lot less money. They don't seem anxious to tell you. My indie made me aware after I went back in to correct what I thought was an under billing.
