Default Part ID?

Hi, I'm looking for help identifying the name of this piece for my 997.2 in midnight metallic blue. It was damaged and I need to either repair or replace it. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you.

You can download the entire parts catalog for your car, details in the following link:

That part should be in the body section. You'll be able to find the part-number, and whatever name Porsche calls that panel.

Any competent body shop can look it up as well. It's going to need to be painted anyway...

Karl.

I think it's 997-504-345-04, but the number could be different if depending on if the car is a targa or coupe.

Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to use the PDF that you download? I’ve looked at it a few times to try to identify parts and never end up finding what I need because there are multiple listings for the same model year and sub model (2006 C2S for example) so I give up in frustration as I don’t have time to look through 1000 pages to find the clip I’m missing
