Default Double clutch

The boxster 987 should be available from 2005 as a convertible and coupe in 2006. Since the car will have the option of a six-speed gearbox with a double-clutch like the Audi DSG system. I presume this will also be available on the 997, perhaps not on the 1st generation though...

I was told the double-clutch system from Porsche (not just the DSG re-badged) is not finished. There's no information to confirm anything more than "plans" to put it in the Carrera or the Boxster sooner or later. If I could get an ETA, I'd wait for it, but Porsche tends to take three to six months to sort out new car options and the Cayenne being the latest example had the usual delays and hiccups.
