Default Experience with going from stock pasm to B6

I’m about to get new struts and I’m looking for your experience with the stock setup versus going to B6
I have an 11 turbo S I think the ride on mine is stiff enough and I’m not tracking it

Yes, I just had new Bilstein B6 shocks and struts installed (along with new tower mounts) along with new Eibach springs. My rear oem shocks were leaking (30k miles) and that is what prompted the change. The car now sits as high or a bit lower than OEM PASM height (now 26.5" front with half a tank of gas, about 26.75-26.875 rear) which doesn't make the most sense to me given that the Eibach springs are supposed to lower the car. The ride is definitely a tad bit more firm than the oem setup. While I'm ok with how the car rides (it's my daily), and the fact that it no longer scrapes on every single driveway in town, I'm less ok with its stance.

Hope that helps some.

I suggest getting a DSC controller for your PASM dampers. It transformed my car’s comfort and performance at the same time. It will soften the dampers for normal driving and stiffen when G-force is applied. Best of both worlds. Look it up on Rennlist. It is one of the best upgrades for our cars.

Thanks I’ve read this and it’s on my list but need to get struts first
