Have you tried contacting Porsche directly?
Maybe try asking for some samples from Polymat and see if one might match.

Porsche sells a very thin, very effective, felt roll with good adhesive. Dealers have it.

Product Search (albrightssupply.com)
Search for "Synergy Suede". If you're covering a surface that has imperfections, gluing leather or fabric will magnify that imperfection. You may want to use the synergy suede Headliner which has a 2mm foam backing. The synergy suede also has unbacked material which is without the foam.
