Default Should this front underbody panel be replaced?

I purchased my 2010 Carrera 4S about a year ago and according to the service records, a Porsche dealer changed the all wheel driver controller fluid in 2020. Recently while changing the front differential fluid, I noticed the condition of the front underbody panel as pictured. I don't know for sure if these cuts in the panel allowed for the changing of the controller fluid without removing the panel or not. My assumption is that it does. Is this the way shops do this job? Or could this have resulted from some other procedure? Should this panel be replaced? It is $195 at Suncoast before shipping. Thanks for your thoughts.

The area circled in blue appears to have been cut out.

Weird.

I would not replace that.

There appears to be reinforcement areas (the raised lines) right around that, it should be fine.

I don't know what happened there ? All the mount points appear to be there so it's not a big deal , Personally I would replace it because I am picky. Sourcing a good used one online is another option ...at the end of the day it's underneath the car an not seen and a new one will look dirty like the other one real fast.

Yes, it fits properly so no problem there. Thanks for all the input.

I wouldn't bother replacing that, no.

I think the underpanels are ABS. Were it me and I could confirm the plastic type, I'd probably just get some black ABS sheet of similar thickness and glue patches in place. But that's because I'm pedantic, it probably makes no difference.

Default Yes, replace it

There are two brackets that hook over a bar and hold the splash panel tight. Somebody broke them off by trying to take it off. You have to start from the rear and take all the splash panels off in order. Then you can R&R the front panel.
