Is the fuse for the PCM D9, it looks ok but the PCM won't switch on is it dead or is there another fuse ?

Also how easy is it the replace the sports chrono clock on the dash as the lcd is dead and the clock hands have fallen off ?

 

I think this must be the first I have ever heard of the Chrono clock hands falling off, was the car in an accident that might have loosened the dash? windshield replacement?

 

I have the same problem after changing the battery. With the new battery in everything works fine except the PCM.
