Default Door Pocket Lid Hardware

Hello, I am looking for the hardware that is on the inside of the door panel that allows the pocket door lid to move up and down. Components include a small brown cog, a tension spring and a plastic locking cover lock. I looked all over and could not find anything. I might have to buy 2 door panels to get the parts if they are not available, but I would really rather not go that route. Any ideas/help appreciated....Joe

Ebay is a good source for this type of thing, I've found.

These might be for sale new. Are 6 and 7 in the figure below what you're looking for? They are available and not expensive.

Hard to tell by the picture, mine looks like a cog or gear.

I think #7 in the figure is probably the whole little assembly with the stepped cog and the removable cover. It's less than $14 at online sources. You could just order one and see what comes. Alternatively you could go to the parts counter at a dealer and discuss what you're trying to find. They'll probably order #7 in for you and if it turns out not to be what you both expect they will just return it. The dealer I go to has done similar things for me. If you need the spring too, that's #6 and is different for left and right sides.

Thanks all. . I think you are right that the cog comes with the spring.
