Does anyone know what system this is and if the 997 can be ordered without it? Variable ratio steering on the BMW 5 series has ruined the steering feel imo. I hope it's not the same system/feel!!!

 

not sure what system they're using, but i wasn't happy to see it. i doubt you can order the car without it either. maybe the GT2 and/or GT3 variants won't have it? i'd much prefer they just left the regular old steering in the car!
