I purchased struts second hand and they were from a non 4wd car. I did not realize there was a difference. My previous posts elude to the fact that I was completely lost. I rectified this after a bunch of trial and error. Secondly, the drive shaft on the fronts has to be unbolted. This can be done at the carrier / hub or closer to the differential. All the videos I was watching were not mentioning this so I had to learn the hard way. I also replaced the LCAs on the fronts. Probably not necessary at 55K miles but again I got a practically brand new set and thought it prudent to do it all. For me the wrenching is almost as fun as the driving but this little exercise tested all my limited automotive knowledge. I’m glad I did it , but also glad it’s over.

Aaah, you have a 4S, understandable. I missed that in reading the new post today. I just pulled the trigger on a set of B12's. Turns out it was cheap to buy this kit than to get the B8's separately, so the new in the box Eibach's I have will go up for sale.

Your car looks great by the way.
