Default DME HOURS AFTER REMAP

After I remapped my 997 s mk1 in obd the hours of operation have increased from 2200 to 3500 ... and increasing exponentially . I had read that it had happened to someone in the group, how did you solve it?

Unfortunately, I think once the file is corrupted there's no legal way to reverse it, but I don't know for certain.

Going back to the original mapping, will the hours go back to the original ones? Today I read with Foxwell that the hours indicated are confused ... after 10 minutes I read 4186.700 first and then 4135.500 without having moved the car.

I don't know. You could certainly try to reload the original tune that you should have backed up with the tune loader before installing the new tune.

I've never dealt directly with an issue like this. The DME info in my RUF car is wonky because when the R-Kompressor conversion was done, RUF uses the DME from a TT car to have the proper mapping parameters for forced induction, so my cars DME info is a hybrid between the original DME from the car and the TT DME, so for example I have overevs logged at an hour counter that is higher than the total hours shown, but the info doesn't jump around like yours - it's stable, just wrong.

See how the hour counter in range 1 is higher than the total hours.

Even my hours are shaky ... after 10 minutes they can be 3572 or 3623 or 4081 . I do not understand ... I hope there is someone in the forum who can help me . Also because I can go back to the original file ... but the hours would have to be recalibrated, at what cost?
