Default Aftermarket GPS/Radio Selection

Hello,

im about to buy the below linked unit to replace the OEM unit. I do have the Bose speakers/package.

is there some additional adapter I need to make the new unit compatible with the Bose system?

I keep seeing references to this but can’t locate anything specific.

If keeping the Bose amp, yes, you need a fiber optic to traditional audio converter like the Bovee unit. Think there are another choices as well, like a Mr something.... I've not used one so can't recommend which is best.
