Classic Hardtop?
#16
Sorry everyone
The pictures I posted are from Mr. Gerald (the owner of GTN Automotive), who sent me some samples when I tried to contact his email at the end of last year;
I haven't found a good ordering channel yet. I only learned from Mr. Gerald's email that they can try to place an order (they can find a 997 locally in Germany without the need for us to drive there ourselves), but I haven't been able to obtain the specific details and price.
Expect someone with the ability to help and see if there is any way?
btw Mr. Gerald's email 【info@gtn-automotive.com】

I live in Finland, a lot closer than you guys. I will try to reach out to them both for pricing but also other technicalities. Would love to replace my OEM hardtop.

This top does the best to mimic the coupe bodyline over the roof and rear glass. I would love a hardtop but I really don't like how the OEM hardtops makes it look "double humped"

I have to admit, that targa top looks like it belongs there from factory.
I am very impressed.

a lot pricier than expected TBH.
here as some “sales” info
“The Classic-Hardtop is individually built for the car in colour, leather and trim.
You can choose everything outside and interior.
Car colour paint, Visible Carbon, Stainless steel design, Alcantara, Porsche leather and stitching…
It is built from Carbon Fiber composite with 15 Molds and Stainless-steel latches.
The Makrolon Glass is hard coated on both sides. Normally used for fighter Jets or Race Cars.
It is developed in the wind tunnel and road legal.”
I got a bunch of pictures if you are interested.

I agree! Photos would be nice, and thanks for posting this info for us!
I actually dug up an old email I got from Gerald, and it looks like in 2022, the price was "in the range of 25.000 euro." In other words, if we assume that he wasn't including taxes etc., the prices now are just a bit less than they were before. Probably not the greatest encouragement, but maybe it'll keep trending down over time... :,)

Oh my gosh!!! Those photos are amazing. It looks soooo good especially on a wide body. Such a shame it costs so much. I would pay $5K for something like this but for $25K you can buy a whole car
