dang, yea, i wouldn't like that gap either... whole point is to have a 'sealed system' so the air flows in and out and not sneaking around via a lower pressure outlet... maybe this is a CSF fitment issue ?
i only have the 7053 right now... the other parts are ordered but haven't shipped yet. once i have everything in hand i'll let you know how it's looking and if i figure it out i'll be sure to share an updated parts list. too.

@Flea7 i got some of my parts in earlier this week... had some time this morning to test-fit and i had the same fitment issue as you with the 7053. It seems that the end tanks are a little wider on the CSF unit vs. OEM.
I found the same interference points as you mentioned, and i modified the plastic radiator frame as you indicated.
It fits now.

yup, that's what I did. 5 mins with my grinding tool and that did the trick. Did you get the black rubber inserts for the 4 posts. I think those are important for the radiator to fit snug. Also, I don't see a need for part #12 ....the adapter??? If it's needed, I don't see how it would fit. I think it's for the OEM radiator.

yep, i still have one more shipment coming... but i've got parts 2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12... but yea, that rad hose adapter may not be needed here...but i've got it just in case.
how are you planning to modify your bumper (ie: cut hole for the GT grille or get an new bumper with the grille) ?

Nice... i really like the lip on the front of grille opening... helps create a bigger low-pressure zone for evacuating the hot rad air :+1:
I'm gonna just try to modify my bumper and install the GT3 grille.
Did you also go for the GT2 full guide, or just leave it open at the top ?
Mine is looking & fitting good... just need to get my car back into my garage.

My set up is the same as yours. My bumper is a Darwin GT3 RS and I have a precision rear GT3 bumper. Doing a 4.0 RS carbon wing. I'm looking for an extended uprights.
It's weird how the radiator didn't fit straight out.

Any fitment or quality issues?
I have OEM but many friends of mine are looking for a solution since OEM prices have gone to the moon...

It fits really well and the construction is sturdy. fiberglass infused with urethane. But in saying that, ... know that it needs some body work. Sand, mud, & then sand out the imperfections again. I think this is par for most body kit if not oem. My only complaint is that the bottom is open behind the CF spoiler. I'm going to close it off.
It was only $800 shipped / no tax. I also got their GT3 RS wing kit. I wasn't happy with the uprights.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
