Default Taillight function question

This may seem like a dumb question, but know that I don't own a 997, nor do I have one local to me to look at.
Can someone tell me the function of the bright setting of bulbs #1, #3 and #5?
Working on a harness for someone and from the wiring it's not obvious which is which. Thanks in advance!

The rear fog light should only illuminate on the driver's side, not on both sides if you want it wired like factory.

For anyone wondering why, it's because when you need the rear fog light on visibility is very low to the point where that may be the only light on the rear of the car that's visible. So drivers who were properly trained in Europe know to pass on the drivers side of the light they can see. In the US that means you'd be passing on the left side of the light since the driver you're passing should be in the right lane and the opposite side in the UK where they should be in the left lane since they pass on the right.
