Faults after modifications
Hello all, I just finished doing quite a bit of work to my 2007 Carrera S.
* Aero bumper
* Aero wing
* Coilovers
* HRE FF01 with spacers
* Macan steering wheel
* Corbeau seats
Upon restart, I found various faults present. I had already configured the car using my Foxwell to no memory seats.
What I'm finding is I'm getting multiple communication faults.
Could this happen if I didn't connect something correctly when doing the steering wheel ? Wondering before I take it back off to check.
Any other ideas would be greatly welcomed !

Yep, confirmed. In fact, I drove it for about 2 weeks after doing the coilovers before I did the remainder. Didn't want to change too much at once.

You scanning it with the engine running or not running. Without the engine running you'll get a lot more of these types of faults.

Scanning with the engine off, ignition on.
Will try running & see but I've never had a PSM fault displayed on the cluster like this. All faults are new following the modifications I made to the car.

I am guessing one of the wheel speed sensors is not connected or connected incorrectly to cause the PSM fault. Other gateway faults could be from the change in steering wheel or because the car was not running at the time. They can also be caused by aftermarket stereo add ons or BT kits.

Have you driven it yet? PSM should clear after a few minutes of driving due to disconnecting the battery (assuming you did that due to the steering wheel upgrade).

Will double check all of the wheel speed connectors & take it for a drive.

I'll do that this evening & recheck.
Thanks for the suggestion.
