Talking Engine lid fitment

Does the engine lid on a 997.2 4S fit properly on a 997.2 S narrow body? I am ready to purchase an engine lid, but just realized the one for sale is off a 4S. Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, yes. The difference is in the rear fenders only. I don't have my PET handy but if you check that it should tell the tale.

Yes. Only make sure the airbox inlets a work with your airbox.

I *think* all 997.2 s engine lids are 2 air inlet holed. I have been looking casually for a stock spoiler for my gts and all my research tells me any engine lid from a .2 will fit but non s lid might only have 1 air inlet hole. In your case maybe a moot point

The 4S one probably has the reflector across the back, but will fit. Those reflectors eventually crack, separate, and allow condensation inside. If the lid you're buying has it and you're keeping it, carefully remove it and wrap it in clear PPF to keep the seams sealed so water can't get it.

Excuse my ignorance, but...what do you mean by "PET" do you have a talking dog that's a Porsche expert? (Just kidding, but seriously; What is a "PET"?)
