My PCM unit is not working correctly. The buttons don't work (but steering wheel controls work) and it turns on by itself whenever I open the door (even with the key out of the ignition).
I have Platinum Fidelity warranty. Will they replace the PCM unit or can I request an upgrade to PCM 3.0 or an aftermarket unit?
I've never made a claim so not sure about the process.
